I bought this vegetable from the supermarket the other day, not having any idea what it was and no matter how much I boiled it, it didn't seem to get any softer. So what else is there to do with an unboilable veg, but stick an eye on it and pretend it's a duck and that is exactly what I did. He looks like a pretty happy critter
