Sedan chair race

For the last couple of months I have been training with a team of eight girls for an infamous race in HK. Teams of eight run for 2 miles carrying a Sedan chair - not easy, in addition the girls have to load two 20kg bags of rice on to their chair whilst the boys have to carry the smallest person they can find who is over 18. Training paid off thank goodness and we won the race dressed as nurses as all funds raised on the day go to the Matilda hospital in Hong Kong
